Deposits / Fees

The Renter shall pay to the Owner the sum of $300 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to rental charges upon final settlement of accounts. The remaining balance must be 21 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy:

 Cancellation of the rental space more than 21 days PRIOR to the event date will result in forfeiture of the $300 Security Deposit. However, the Security Deposit is transferable to a rescheduled event date within a 12-month period. Cancellation of rental space LESS THAN 21 days prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of all funds received and the funds are non-transferrable.
